“For me, construction has always been about more than just bricks and mortar. It’s about the people who live within the walls we build.

SpaceUp began in 2013 with a simple, driven focus: creating exceptional kitchens. In that world, a five-millimetre error is the difference between a perfect finish and a failure. I spent a decade mastering that level of precision, learning that the smallest details often dictate the success of the entire project.

As our reputation grew, so did our clients’ ambitions. They began asking us to bring that same ‘kitchen-grade’ accuracy to their extensions, lofts, and full home renovations. They wanted a builder who cared about the fine joinery as much as the structural steel.

That is how SpaceUp evolved. We took our heritage of precision and applied it to large-scale construction.
