A box-shaped extension built out from the sloping roof, creating vertical walls and significantly more usable floor space and headroom. The most popular choice for a full bedroom with en-suite.

Hip-to-Gable Conversion — from £55,000

Ideal for semi-detached or detached homes with a hipped roof. The sloping hip end is replaced with a vertical gable wall, dramatically increasing the internal space.

Mansard Conversion — from £60,000

The most extensive option — the rear roof slope is replaced with a near-vertical wall. Maximum space gain, often used for master bedrooms or studio apartments.
